My name is Justin Ware and I am an award winning art director with over fifteen years of industry experience. My mission is to create work that stands out in an over communicated world. For six years I was a Senior Partner and Cofounder of Latenight Creative, LLC, a full service design studio located in Cary, NC. For the past three and a half years I have been serving as Senior Designer at Clean Design in Raleigh, NC, representing a full range of clients including, John Deere, Lenovo, The Raleigh Chamber of Commerce and UNC Kenan Flagler Business School. I've helped them grow new markets, launch new products and services, and expand their brand messages.

What can I do for you? Well, to start, I am extremely well organized and team-oriented which has enabled me to successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. I have worked in capacities where I have developed teams and projects of various scales and challenges. As a senior creative, I have worked in every phase of management and operations, such as formulating quotes and assisting the sales team in client presentations, as well as overseeing every phase of design and production. I approach every project with excitement, to produce the most effective solution.

My ability to execute broadcast, interactive and print projects from concept to completion is a direct result of my dedicated approach to fully understand all particular aspects of my field. I understand the demands of the industry, and I create solutions that will rise above the clutter. I have the experience, creativity, and commitment to deliver one of a kind creative solutions, all while keeping one ear to the street.

Crack - World New Graphic Design 2007/2008 Dalian University of Technology Press Submitted works that represent the talent and diversity of Latenight Creative, LLC. The volume aims to give the reader a vivid display of the state of graphic design today. Coupled with its lively design, it will appeal to graphic designers, students and anyone with an interest in graphic design. Publication date is March 2008.

Graphic Design USA - American In-store Graphic Design Award Received an award for in-store and window signage design for GameFrog franchise stores. Entry was published in the February, 2006 edition of Graphic Design USA magazine.

The Complete Graphic Designer - Ryan Hembree - Rockport Publishing Submitted three works that were included in a hardback design reference book for design students and educators. Works were listed under logo development, business stationary as well as printing techniques and paper selection categories.

2002
Artspolsure - Annual Arts Festival, Raleigh, NC Selected in 2001 to create the 2002 Artsplosure campaign. Duties included concept creation and execution of radio, TV, print and environmental graphics for print and broadcast campaign.
